Great experience over all. I have 2 suggestions: 1. Gluten-free options at breakfast, like more fruit choices, bread or muffins, cheddar cheese 2. A different soap dish in bathroom so bar soap doesnā€™t stick or a pump soap. Otherwise, we liked everything!

This is our second visit and we really like it. Staff was wonderful Whitney was fantastic and helped us have a little part birthday party for my mom in the common area only recommendation is to have some pillows with more firmness the pillows are super super thin.

Property was very nice. It was in close proximity to the baseball tournament we were attending. There were restaurants and shopping close by. Front desk staff was very helpful in helping me work on an error that Expedia could not clarify. The beds were comfortable, but not the best, especially the pillow. They were flat as pancakes. Noise level was okay considering we were placed in a room next to the ice maker and elevator when we requested a quiet location. Romm was spacious and had a pull drape to partially block off the two beds from the couch/pull out bed area. The "queen" beds are not actually queens, so if you plan on sleeping with someone, know that it is more like a full-size bed. Nice kitchenette with a sink, plates, utensils, glasses, medium refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and small Keurig. Parking easy and very close to I 81.

Very clean and easy check in. Body wash and shampoo bottles in shower were empty, one fell off of the wall. Sink would not drain. One side of the window blinds was pulled out from the wall with exposed screws. But, it was very clean.

Excellent experience. Clean and airy rooms, Neat bathrooms. Very nice hot breakfast. Ample parking space around the property. Next to a nice shopping market with various brands. We stayed here for a night to visit the Hershey chocolate world, which is just about 20 mins drive from the hotel. So its very convenient. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely return to this one again and HiltonSuites is my new fav.

The hotel exceeded all expectations with friendly and accommodating staff, spacious and clean rooms, luxurious amenities, and a convenient location.
