The place was nice and the people were great. The issue we had was that the pool was not heated as stated at 82° and I had my car tampered with in the parking lot. I mentioned the tamper with the manager and they just seemed to shrug it off. I asked if they had cameras and they apparently have no security cameras outside of the building. I suggest anyone staying there to not leave any valuables in your cars while staying here.

1 nighr stay, 1 happy guest
Came to a concert at Hershey and chose this location primarily for its pet policy, location and photos. Pet policy was accurate, location was perfect and photos were pretty spot on. The front desk clerk, Jose, was super welcoming and inviting. Enjoyed O'Reillys Tap Room next door as well as the amazing pool which was large and went from shallow to 7 feet deep. Overall great stay. Only mention and this is not directly the fault of the hotel but unsupervised children running a muck shouldnt be tolerated in halls or other common areas. This is parental problem. However, this should be enforced by the hotel.
