I usually stay here while traveling for business, so it was why not for personal time. The new renovations look great, however, as a Silver member I didnā€™t appreciate a charge for late check out. Late check out is $25 per hourā€¦ why?!

Check in time was 4, I arrived close to a little after 5. Room was not ready and even though another was going to be provided minutes later their system indicated it was ready. Room could have been cleaned better. Appeared who ever cleaned it rushed through it. Other than that staff was very nice.

Our room had to be the worst room in the hotel. Room 101 smelled like a wet dog, the rug was stained from the ac that soundwd like a freight train. The rug was damp and smelled. The toilet ran all night and the tub had rust stains. They put hotel.com members in thr least desirable rooms. We were in a heavy traffic area on top of it all.
