Room was very clean! Paid for early check in which I was not real happy about however that’s the policy. Front desk very nice and helpful. I booked this hotel thinking they had airport shuttle and was surprised they didn’t! Hotel did meet my needs for staying there.

The shower only had cold water. There was a huge stain on the carpet. The floor was sticky. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but we also tried to check out a day early and they claimed we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Expedia

I had a terrible experience. The room wasn’t clean, and it was smelly. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the carpet was damp at few places (probably that’s why it was smelly). We also saw dead roaches within the room.

The refrigerator in our room stopped working and leaked but maintenance took care of it right away. The breakfast buffet could be improved by adding hard boiled eggs and some fruit, I.e. berries or banana, eggs seemed powdered and sausage very bland, needed to be cooked longer to be browned a little. We liked the waffles, coffee was good, bagels good. Cereal was for kids, too sugary. If only staying one or two nights that would be ok but our stay was 7 nights! Overall we felt it was good value for the money.

I always read reviews before booking. The reviews seemed to be split on this hotel. I was only there for one night. Room was nice and clean. I left before breakfast hours so I can’t comment on that. The hall way past the front desk did have a smell and was not vacuumed. However everything in the room itself was fine. The water in the shower got super hot and had great pressure. I’d stay again.

Difficulty sleeping
We were really only there to sleep, got there late and left early. It was very difficult to sleep. Both beds were very uncomfortable and one bed in particular was VERY loud. When the person in the bed turned over the bed was so loud everyone in the room woke up. Additionally, we heard the person above us stomping around almost the entire night, until around 5am. Clearly that is not something the hotel can control, but it was just aggravating and made it difficult to sleep.

Don’t be deceived by “airport” in hotel’s title
Zero “airport hotel” amenities. Disappointed because it was listed as “free long term parking.” Manager said we could not park there other than the night of our stay because they “only have enough parking spots as occupied rooms.” Also, this hotel does NOT have a shuttle to airport. The property was ok. The property was average at best. The drywall and molding around the shower were cracked.
