Enjoyed the room, clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcoming and efficient. Unfortunately, we didnā€™t get to use the hot tub (reason that I picked Ramada) because so many boisterous children were constantly in and out of the pool and then then the hot tub. It just couldnā€™t keep its heat with that, plus hot tubs are dangerous for children (dehydration). But maybe with all the pool water added by the kids, it wasnā€™t that hot. Anyway, it was a shame, really, as after a long trip, we could have used it to relax and ease our muscles. Maybe a BIG sign denying or forbidding children under 16 access to the hot tub? Not Ramadaā€™s fault if the guests are ignorant, but maybe a sign would help? All in all, a good stay, though, and beds super comfy! Thanks!

My family loved to stay here as both kids loved to make waffles. Excellent hotel price for Hershey Park visit. Only complaint was that we thought no fridge provided but last day there my wife opened a cabinet which hid a fridge! Will come back definitely!

Front desk person was beyond rude and demanded I go to the front desk so she could show me I did not have a reservation for a 3rd night. I had Expedia's email confirmation showing my reservations with confirmation number, my bank account information showing the withdrawal from them, and a text receipt from Ramada saying thank you for reserving with us. Instead of being professional to me at all, she also refused to even check my electronic documents on my phone or even on her computer. That was an indication already that this person was never going to do the right thing. She demanded I call Expedia, not ask, demanded. I said to her, "you have a contract with Expedia are you telling me, you cannot call or look to see what is going on?!" She again said, "call Expedia"..at this point I knew I was no longer going to keep my reservation it was not worth the experience. I still called Expedia. Expedia representative while on the phone with me called the front desk, twice to get to let them know we did in fact have a reservation for 3 nights, 2 nights on my credit card and 1 night on my debit card. Both times he called she purposely disconnected the call. The representative even said to me I heard the person say hello then hang up. The representative issued me a refund, transferred my disabled mother and I to a new hotel and issued us a credit voucher for a future reservation anywhere. Do yourself a never go to this place if you expect professionalism and care for the customer!

The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel needs renovation and cleaning. The entire building smelled like everyone was smoking pot. It was quiet except for the highway noise all night if you are on the side of the building that faces the highway. The breakfast was basic but we didnā€™t eat anything. The staff were friendly. I would not recommend staying here but also you get what you pay for and the rate is comparable to what you get.
