Lot of bed bug, couldn’t sleep, had to throw out clothes and bags. Interrupted the trip in the middle and had to go for medical treatment. Shoukd never go to this hotel.

Ease of getting in and out to major highways. The back door would not unlock with your hotel key, so if you parked at the back, you had to walk all the way around the building to get in. Carpets are worn and could use a good wash. The breakfast is average. Bagels, no bread, no fresh fruit other than banana or apple. Same option every day of scrambled egg and sausage.

The room layout was nice.The noise from highway was terrible. The air conditioner was loud and rattling. The sofa looked dirty. The breakfast area was poorly organized and hard to maneuver. We had to ask for coffee dispenser to be refilled. The entrance looked old and uninviting.

Hotel charged me for room service which I did not order. They refused to give me a copy of the room service bill so that I can dispute it. They claimed that it was somebody else's order and assured me that the problem had been solved. Then, they billed me for the charge. UNBELIEVABLE. Also the noise from the nearby interstate was excessive. The back door lock was not functioning.

The room was very nice but could have used better lighting. We were on the 1st floor and every time the people upstairs flushed their toilet, it made a loud noise.
