Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as one assigned underground parking stall.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, including a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee to start your day. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable, new queen bed and crisp linens. The den serves as a second bedroom with a versatile daybed that can either be used as a single bed or pulled out to form a full-sized bed. The bathroom can be accessed both from the primary bedroom as well as off the kitchen, and features a luxurious rainfall shower.
Relax in the living room with views of Mt. Cheam and the SMART TV with high-speed internet access above the fireplace. While we don’t have cable at the condo, the SMART TV works perfectly to connect to your personal streaming platforms. When not inside, enjoy a drink in the evenings or your morning coffee on the attached patio accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom.
Additional amenities include a full-sized washer & dryer, AC throughout, and one assigned underground parking stall. Plus, easy access to both the Harrison Lagoon and Lake ensures outdoor adventures are just steps away.
The space is perfect for a couple, a family with 2 kids, or 4 adults who are comfortable sharing a cozy space.
Please note:
1. While our property does not typically accept pets, we will consider them on a case-by-case basis by request only with an additional pet fee of $75/night.
2. Before your booking begins for all reservations on platforms other than Airbnb, we require that you purchase a damage waiver for $35. The damage waiver protects both you as the guest and the host in case you cause accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
3. There is one assigned underground parking stall, as well as additional free street parking across the street and in the surrounding area.
4. The condo features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one den with what's called a "daybed". The daybed can either be comfortably used as a single bed, or pulled out to form one full-sized bed using the two single mattresses.
5. Oasis at Harrison Lake is Harrison Hot Springs newest, short-term rental building in the Village. Please keep in mind that at Harrison all lakefront condos are across the street from the water. While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park.
6. Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.
7. Hobo Hot Springs, as seen in the last photo of our listing, is a grouping of naturally heated pools along the shore of Harrison Lake. Hobo Hot Springs is only available sporadically throughout the year as the water level during the spring and early summer is too high causing the springs to be submerged. To access the Hot Springs, follow the walking path past the Harrison Resort and you will find the small pools beside the Hot Springs Source building (you'll know that you're there when you start to smell the natural gases in the air. The pools along the lake are usually acceptable for soaking while the ones on the mountain side can be dangerously hot so please take extra care.
8. As this is a brand new unit and building, please bear with us through any unforeseen challenges that may arise. We will try our absolute best to provide the best experience we can for you and appreciate your understanding as we go through our first booking season.
