Tv was broken, bath tub didn’t drain. Was on first floor so lounge area was loud until after 11 pm. Front desk staff was very nice.

Very disappointing. Even though we put up a request, they did not clean the room or provide clean towels. Our keys didn’t work almost every time we came back. As we were checking out with our luggage a manager blocked the elevator entrance to speak to an employee to let them know that someone was outside for them. As the elevator door closed, she said I’m hitting the door open button, but the elevator went up anyway. You can’t make up this level of stupidity and incompetence.
