Close, but, no cigar
Room was freshly painted. New shower, new toilet, new sink and a new vinyl floor. Sheets were clean. Should have been a home run! But, the comforter on the bed was oldā€¦ it was stained and had two cigarette burn holes in it. There was a clothes rod, but no hangers. Two towels and two small mismatched pillows on the bed. This was a non-smoking room.

Convenient location near Bradley Airport. Motel rooms have clean beds and bathrooms; coffee/tea available in the mornings near reception, but unfortunately, no coffee maker in room. TV, microwave, fridge in some rooms. Friendly staff at check-in. - No hairdryer in room but the owners were kind enough to lend me one.

It wasnā€™t a terrible experience but it also wasnā€™t comfortable! It was 2 mins from the BDL airport which was really convenient, but the rate that we paid, I expected better. The keys didnā€™t work the first night we were there, there were roaches in the room. We found a roach on both of the nights we stayed there. The linen and the towels werenā€™t clean, there were stains on them. The AC cover wasnā€™t securely on and fell out during our stay there. For a 1 night stay itā€™s not the worst I guess, but for a longer stay I wouldnā€™t stay here again! There are other Inn/Motels near by for the same rate that seemed better!

This hotel should have ZERO stars. The room was smelly, the front desk attendant rude and unhelpful, there was no hot water until I ran the shower for 20 minutes and it was dingy and disgusting.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It was not an updated room and the room next our room was left opened and in the process of being renovated. The room was in back of the hotel and faced a empty parking lot. The hotel and room did not feel safe and I barely slept.
