One could tell that in its heyday, this was a very busy place. But still holding on and very nice. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic-one of the best meals I've ever had.

Wir kamen nach 17.00 Uhr an, hatten keine Halbpension gebucht. Das Restaurant, das zur Zeit in der 1. Etage im Bereich der frĆ¼heren Wellnessabteilung untergebracht ist, bietet "A la card" bis 17.00 Uhr oder ab 19.30 Uhr Personal bedingt an. Ich glaube aber eher, es liegt an den PlatzverhƤltnissen. Ein Blick in die Karte ergab eine minimalistische Auswahl. Wir entschlossen uns, einmal weil wir nicht so spƤt essen, auf Restaurants in der Umgebung auszuweichen was aber auch nicht ganz einfach ist, wir waren in Gernrode und Harzgerode. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war ok, einzig das man fĆ¼r einen Capuccino oder Latte Macchiato beim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck extra bezahlen sollte, stƶrte uns. Da wir ein zusƤtzliches Kissen benƶtigten, gingen wir zur Rezeption. Diese wird ab 17.00 Uhr von den Mitarbeitern des Restaurants mit betrieben. Man war nicht in der Lage 2 zusƤtzliche Kissen zu geben oder zu bringen da um diese Zeit kein Housekeeping mehr da sei und erst am nƤchsten Morgen kƶnnten wir ab 8.00 Uhr noch einmal nachfragen. Dies wurde am nƤchsten Tag auch erledigt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gut eingerichtet, neu renoviert. Der Pool war in Ordnung, es gibt aber keine HandtĆ¼cher, Bademantel und Saunatuch konnten gegen GebĆ¼hr ausgeliehen werden, man konnte diese aber n i c h t, wenn diese nass waren, tauschen! Zimmerservice light, HandtĆ¼cher und Papierkorb wurden geleert, Service war auf Nachfrage mƶglich. Wenn das NachbargebƤude renoviert ist und das Restaurant dort unter gebracht ist, sollte es besser sein.

Hotellet er fint, ikke noget prangende og lidt gammelt men rent. Personalet talte ikke engelsk, men sĆøde. Hovedbygningen var under renovation, og det vidste vi ikke pĆ„ forhĆ„nd, det var lidt skyggende. Overraskende lƦkker aftensmad.

Ruhiges Hotel in waldnaher Lage. Schƶner Poolbereich, sauberes und modernes Zimmer, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Nur kleine Speisenauswahl am Abend und leider wenig fĆ¼r Vegetarier, aber trotzdem lecker.

Personal sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich Wellnessbereich gut,Wasser in Schwimpool sehr kalt... Durch die Baustelle Anmeldung ( bisschen verwierend,statt Haupteingang bisschen in HintertĆ¼r...)und Parken sehr schwierig.

Leider gibt es keine Keilkopfkissen und es waren Spinnweben an der Decke. Das Hauskeeping hatte auch das Badezimmer, speziell den Waschtisch nicht gereinigt, auch der FuƟboden im Badezimmer hatte, nachdem das Hauskeeping da war, immernoch Flecken.

Geen of zeer slechte WiFi, terwijl je wel een code meekrijgt. Lijkt een kleinigheid, maar het internet is toch een veel geraadpleegde bron. Ook bij folders in het hotel wordt verwezen naar informatie op het internet, maar die is dus niet of slecht bereikbaar.

Unsere Ankunft beim Hotel war zunƤchst ein Schock: leerstehende, teils baufƤllige unbeleuchtete GebƤude, Baustelleneinrichtungen. Nach einigem Suchen fanden wir dann doch unser Quartier, das wir in einem abseits liegenden GebƤude zugewiesen bekamen. Keine der beworbenen Einrichtungen konnte genutzt werden: kein Restaurant, kein Pool, kein Wellnessbereich. Am Abend der Ankunft kam um 22:08 Uhr eine E-Mail mit Informationen zu den genannten EinschrƤnkungen; da schliefen wir bereits! Das Personal war zwar sehr bemĆ¼ht und freundlich und auch das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war i.O. Trotzdem darf man nicht etwas anpreisen, das es so nicht gibt.
