The staff at this property is exemplary. They are friendly and always greet you with a smile and speak to you. The hotel is a bit on the pricier side but the location could not be more perfect. In just a few minutes, you can walk to both the Chapel Bridge as well as the Lion Monument. You are less than a minute away from the historic old town shopping/dining district so the price is worth the convenience. I highly suggest a lake view room. The amenties of our room were oustanding and the personal touches left for us truly made our stay memorable. You won't regret selecting this hotel for your stay.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location in Lucerne. The service was among the best we have ever experienced. We had a Lakeview room with a balcony - highly recommended to treat yourself to this extra bit of luxury.

Great place for a stay in Lucerne. Beautiful views of the lake. Even though there was a music festival happening when we were there, our room got almost no noise and it was very easy to relax and insulate ourselves from the outside
