Disappointed that we had to park along ways from hotel as street was under construction and was not informed or made aware before arrival, Front desk service when called down about a TV issue, was horrible , told me twice someone would be up waited 45 mins after both calls, called the 3 time left me on hold for 20 mins so hung up, we fell asleep to be waken by someone to finally came to the door for repair over 2 hours of waiting, we ignored the door and went back to sleep, No room service next day, Which also disappointing, Everything else was great

Didn’t hit the mark at all
Horrible dated room with bad view. Old furnishings, mouldy tub, wallpaper coming off, dirty carpet. Just not a good place to stay. Major construction going on road-no fault of hotel but consider the parking is far now and have to navigated a mass of peats, elevators, hallways like a lost rat.

Rooms are very dated for the price. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. I typically don’t book here but it was the cheapest in the area (still over $240 a night plus extra for parking)

I had a great stay. Check in/out was so easy, no hassle. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My only feedback was that the decor and wallpaper was clearly very old, we’re talking probably from the days where smoking in rooms was allowed. Of course there was no smell or problem, so I still rated 5 stars, but the place is a bit dated. Otherwise the room was great, I didn’t find it loud despite the construction all around the building, and I slept well every night I was there. The location was incredible and had so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was a great place to stay for a Halifax vacation, I recommend it to anyone looking for a prime location on a budget.

This property is nothing like the photos show- The pool was a dark grey color with dirt floating on top- I stayed for 2 nights (Weekday)- pool was never clean- hallway carpet dirty&torn. Our carpet had previous persons half of chocolate bar on the chair- Also rooms are not cleaned daily nor towels left Unless you ask. The entire stay was a complete disappointment. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Our second room was nice and had a window which opened. We ate in the Tempo restaurant a few times. The food was good and the service was great. Surprised that it was only open for breakfast on Sunday.

I did find that the images displayed on the hotel’s website and Expedia did not accurately represent what the hotel looked like. The TV is also very difficult to use and the parking situation was confusing to navigate.
