This is a conveniently situatiated in a shopping district on E Jackson St. The management and staff are truly to the quality of guest experience! The indoor pool and fitness center are beautiful. Highly recommend for an overnight or weekend stay or staycation!

After staying at a best western in Jacksonville Illinois this place was a dream come true. The rooms were big and comfortable, the staff was amazing and so so kind, and they even let us hang out after we had to check out before heading to our softball tournament. Overall great experience and such wonderful people!

The staff was SO nice and helpful. I also loved the added upgrades to this specific property: shredded cheese & salsa as breakfast toppings to complement the included breakfast items AND the electronic window shades in our room. I also had to call the front desk around 2am due to noises guests in the lobby and the staff took care of it. Thank you!
