Waterfront property! Escape to our charming lakefront home on picturesque Lake Hawkins. With direct water access and gorgeous sunset views, this excellent property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests can enjoy the many comforts this home has to offer as well as the lake's beautiful clear water for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking; you name it! Lake Hawkins has it ALL! Fish off of our boat dock, swim in our sandy shore area, float around, or borrow our kayaks! Lake Hawkins has a public boat ramp close by and access to a sandy beach area, camp ground, and an RV park too. There are also several restaurants, one located right on the water with waterfront views and outdoor seating. Book now and see why we're excited to share our vacation home with you! *As of 10/16, the lake is being lowered 3 feet for maintenance. Though the views are still beautiful and the lake is still great for fishing and kayaking, we’ve lowered the price for now.

Waterfront house
We had family come in from out of town last minute and they didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Found them this very nice house on lake Hawkins and they really enjoyed it. They enjoyed it so much that they said every time they come out to visit they want to stay there again. It’s beautiful. The host is very friendly and very easy to talk to. The check in was quick and simple. My family had a great weekend stay.
