Ride the horse-drawn tram across the causeway to Granite Island, join a boat tour to spot the abundant marine life and visit Urimbirra Wildlife Park. Flanked by beautiful grassland and undulating hills, this home feels as though it is immersed in nature but is just a short drive from the beach and town centre. Replete with a front porch and white iron lace, it’s a pretty picture upon your arrival. The property is spread across one level, with ample space for families or groups.

The living room flows out to the balcony, creating a lovely transition between indoors and out. Sit here to sip your morning coffee while taking in the views. A few stairs down to the patio, and you’ll find a large outdoor dining table and BBQ to whip up a feast. The garden is secured, offering plenty of opportunity for kids to play. Back inside, get comfortable in the living room, unwinding in front of the TV, or make use of a dedicated workspace if you need to set up your laptop. There’s a large dining table to share a meal along with casual dining in the kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need for your holiday catering, while the closest Aldi is within walking distance.

Four bedrooms host up to 12 guests. The primary bedroom is a queen and benefits from a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two bunk beds—one with a double bed at the bottom and a single on top, and the other with single beds on both levels, plus a trundle. Central air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter what time of year you’re travelling. There’s a family bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room comprising both a washing machine and dryer.

Two free parking spots are available in the carport or driveway.
