Located on the first and second floor, this newly renovated house has a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining room which is great for family life. The slick modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a home from home visit including a dishwasher so no washing up! The large dining room table transforms into a fantastic pool table and can even be used for ping pong. The living area has a large comfy sofa so everyone can gather round to watch Netflix on the big screen. The whole room overlooks the sea though large patio doors which open out to a balcony with additional seating., perfect for an evening drink and watch the sunset.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the same fantastic view and a king size bed. The second bedroom is also a double and both have built in storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a further pull out bed so sleeps 3. There is an upstairs laundry cupboard with a washing machine.

The Rosie K boat trip will take you seal spotting and share some WWII History, or you can book a charter boat to go out in the Solent fishing. You can take the miniature railway train a minutes’ walk from the apartment which will take you to the funfair or to the mad hatters tea rooms and gift shops. The CBK is a local a hire shop for all your water sport’s needs. The ‘inn on the beach’ offers spectacular views out to sea whilst eating/ drinking after a busy day, with fantastic sunset’s and twinkling lights from the Isle of Wight after dark for the perfect setting to end the day. Taxis and Ubers in Portsmouth are readily available and very inexpensive as the city is so small.
Local taxis can be booked by phone or app and the most popular one is Aqua Cars.
Uber also operates a lot in the city and can be arranged via the app.
If you’re getting a taxi from Gunwharf Quays, they are twice the price if you go to the taxi rank rather than ordering one in advance.
Alternatively many places are walkable. A walk from Albert Road to Palmerston road is roughly 10 mins.
