Run down and elevators down
Two elevators out of service, lonnnng waits to get to or from room and no option to take stairs. Stained carpeting in hallways and major construction near hotel that made it difficult to walk anywhere. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times but it needs an update in a bad way. And a hotel that has 12 stories to first floor of rooms needs working elevators.

There was construction around the hotel and you couldnt access the front. We had to pull our luggage through the food court in scotia mall to access the hotel. There was not any indication when i booked that the hotel was hard to access and the front desk didnt provide any discounts.

There was no jacuzzi. I could tell where it was by the picture I saw when I booked. I selected this hotel for that reason due to Aches and pains!

Staff is wonderful! Location is excellent! Easy access to shopping mall and downtown. Everything within walking distance. Hotel building is quite old and needs renovation, but generally well maintained.

The front desk and wait staff were very helpful. The room was great. The only drawback was that one of the 2 elevators was broken and led to congestion and long wait times. And the construction issues outside the hotel were no fault of their own. The city is experiencing some growing pains. I would definitely go back for a stay.

Hard to maneuver due to contruction, slow elevators, dirtys carpets, toilet trouble, sink faucet malfunction,no fan in bathroom, outlet not working. Over all cramped quarters. Aside from all this, staff were generally helpful, restaurant staff were great and food was good.

1. Great location downtown. 2. Room was clean, king size bed was comfy, the room was a bit dated (ie: wallpaper and carpet) 3. Pool was a bit small and also dated. All in all a nice hotel. We would stay here again

Great hotel - just need renovations to complete
Hotel was very nice and very well located, staff was amazing and room was clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy as there were some renovations happening in the rooms in front of ours and a bit everywhere on our floor so we get awoken early everyday. But else it was great we would come back there again when the constructions will be finished !
