Little hiccup after booking, we received a call to say there were no rooms left for our previously paid for booking, and directed to another hotel. A few minutes later, I received another phone call to say she found the room. Check in was smooth, and the night clerk was extremely helpful. Room: Stagnant air, as the fan wasn’t very functional. Bed was comfortable however lacked blankets and pillows. Night clerk went out of his way to get us extra pillows however from an empty room. Noise: Our room was on the ground floor, facing HWY 11, it is as loud as you’d expect a highway to be. You can hear everything from upstairs, which unfortunately being a Saturday, the guests upstairs had decided to party. Breakfast was very lacking. Some muffins, old croissants, yogurt, packaged boiled eggs, breads, cereals. The pancake machine wasn’t working, daytime clerk wasn’t very helpful, and couldn’t be bothered by anyone that couldn’t speak French. Overall it was a clean place to rest our heads for the night but would not recommend.

Stayed here multiple times, disapointed this time.
I had booked specifically for the first floor. The lady at the front desk told me they booked away my room, which was upsetting. I would have not stayed here on the second floor, at the additional cost which I had to pay out of my own pocket and instead just stayed next door. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times I enjoy it. Was just disappointing this time they chose to put me on the second floor in the overflow without first consulting me.

The key card reader didn't work so we had to go and get the attendant to fix the problem. They switched our room and it had a musty smell to it. The bathroom sink counter had something stuck on it that was very noticeable and should have been cleaned. The toilet wouldn't flush properly.
