Older property but very clean. Nice character. In the heart of old St. John’s. Convenient for walking but I sometimes did not feel comfortable walking in this area.

The harbour view from pur room was outstanding! You could see Signal Hill and watch the boats coming and going. The restaurant was great, too. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. We even had a lobster dinner one evening!

Great, room was recently renovated and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast has an excellent choice and it is NOT buffet. We also had a great lobster dinner. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was comfortable with a really comfortable bed, but noisy facing the waterfront. Parking was difficult - we arrived at 4pm, but the lot was full due to a conference, so had to park on the street. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great - walkable. Breakfast was less than lacklustre - the eggs Benedict was one of the worst I’ve ever had - hubbies bacon and eggs was fine.

Water pressure was poor and parking is not adequate for the number of guests which makes for a frustrating experience finding parking. The staff was very friendly, both on the desk and especially at the bar/restaurant and providing breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location. Very accomodating with parking out tryck and motorcycle trailer. Would highly recommend thus property.
