The front desk area smelled of Marijuana. The front desk person was never at the desk. The room smelled so bad and the beds were old and nasty parking lot when you pulled in has a hole that about swallows your car. It was so bad we turned around and left. We asked for a refund. But they would not give us one. He said we had to contact you to get one. Ive tried to contact you and keep getting a computer and getting cut off. Not a happy person at all.

This was the single most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced in my life! Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Slept in my clothes on top of sheets. TV and blow dryer didn't work. Shower head coming loose as it was rotting from wall. Only one outlet in room worked. Baseboards and counters caked in dirt. It was essentially worse than camping. Only stayed bc I had my dog with me and no other hotel near destination had availability. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Towel-less in Ohio
We pulled up to the hotel and the front desk was closed off and the number they had posted to call for check in didn’t work. Two other people staying in the hotel came up to also try to get help at the desk demanding a refund saying they had cockroaches in their room and that their bedding was stained. The front desk staff was not very friendly. Our room reeked of smoke had a couple stink bugs and a few spiders. The room and shower still had what looked like dog hair in it. One of the lights was flickering and couldn’t be used. Housekeeping came the first morning of our stay and I asked for a towel. They never returned with one. When I returned home from an event needing a shower I called the front desk and was informed they ran out of towels. There wasn’t enough for each person staying in the room to have their own towel. We had to buy our own. You get what you pay for here.

Had a very unsettling stay, Room smelled like smoke Everything was dirty Sheets had stains and looked dirty Microwave hasn’t been cleaned in a while Smelled like mold and cigs Obvious not all surfewces were cleaned Bathroom is gross and need renovated Tried to get refunded for not staying the whole stay because I got better hotel and they denied my refund. I would classify this as a catfish

The second I pulled in, I knew I wasn’t going to be happy. First, it’s advertised as a hotel but is in fact a motel. Not a big deal. The man working the front desk had a bit of an attitude, not real friendly. I get to the room and was taken aback by the SMELL coming from inside… opened the door and it was overpowering. It smelled like urine and must. The bathtub had mold and about 6 inches of broken up caulking, the beds are no thicker than a cot, the fridge was dirty, the floors were dirty.. I didn’t feel comfortable even putting my things down so they went straight back into my car and I checked out.

I thought there was a good chance there were bedbugs, electrical outlets had burn marks, mismatched blankets on the beds, both with burn marks. Ceramic tiles and bathroom or cracked and a serious hazard. Hair in the bathroom shower. Toilet wobbled if you sat on it. Door did not completely close in the lock latch was loose, loose screws. I felt unsafe with my 10-year-old son. . The only good feature was parking in front of the door, and the nice lady at the check in.
