Beautifully landscaped and maintained park-like garden of 3500 square meters, view over meadow on the Rechteren woods in the distance
Badgers, deer, hedgehogs, squirrels, woodpeckers, cuckoo and many species of songbirds keep you company daily.
The nature and hilly landscape of Salland are ideal to explore by hiking and cycling. You can learn more about the local history from the museum and castle Kasteel het Nijenhuis. Take a day trip to Dalfsen or the cities of Zwolle, Deventer, or Almelo.

Mooi vrijgelegen huis met een grote tuin met voetbalveld en spelen
De rustige ligging van het huis en de grootte van de tuin maken dit huis erg aantrekkelijk voor families met kinderen. Het huis was zeer schoon en de inrichting was compleet. Er zijn genoeg slaapplaatsen al is het boven voor lange mensen uitkijken om niet het hoofd te stoten. De bedden waren goed.

Mooie tuin, gedateerde inboedel. Maar prima weekend
De tuin is fantastisch, de kinderen hebben zich kostelijk vermaakt terwijl wij in de zon op het terras zaten.
De inboedel mag wel vervangen worden, de matrassen zijn er waarschijnlijk ingegaan toen het huis nieuw was, dus aan vervanging toe.
De keuken is klein maar fijn. Alles zit erin. De badkamer is echt groot. En de buitenbadkamer is vast heel fijn in de zomer, maar nu te koud.
De slaapkamers boven zijn erg krap door het schuine dak, je hoofd stoot je meerdere malen.
Maar echt de tuin maakt alles goed! S morgens komen de eekhoortjes en echt een speelplek die fantastisch is!

Kindvriendelijk huis met een fantastische tuin
Fijne plek in "the middle of nowhere". Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en de omliggende tuin is fantastisch. Tafeltennistafel, voetbaldoelen en allerhande speelgerei voor (jonge) kinderen (schommels, speelhuisjes en trampoline). Ook in het huis is er veel speelgoed voorhanden, hetgeen het een ideaal huis maakt voor een verblijf met kinderen. Het functionele centrum van Heino ligt op enkele kilometers afstand en is eenvoudig te bereiken.
