Don’t come. Dirty disgusting beds they don’t wash in between stays!! We checked in Nov 9th 2024 to stay two nights. When we came in, there was a giant yellow brown stain on the inside of the duvet for the bed. I went downstairs and politely asked for them to change it. I was met with an eye roll, no apology, and was told they would look at it. I went out and came back that night to the exact same stained duvet, just slightly lightened. I have before and after pictures. They just sprayed the stain down instead of replacing it thinking I wouldn’t notice? When I went downstairs a second time I again was not met with an apology. I was told “do you need the sheets changed too? Because I’m the only person here and idk if they have those at housekeeping”. I’ve never written a review but I work in customer service myself, not even pretending to be sorry for a dirty bed is crazy. And what hotel in the world ‘might not have’ clean sheets? Shame on you guys.

Every staff member we were in contact with was extremely courteous, friendly and willing to help. We needed to check-in early to prepare for my Granddaughter's wedding that afternoon and the front desk went out of her way to accommodate and assist us. The staff at this Hotel does go the "extra mile" to help their guests and it was extremely appreciated!!!

Felt for the staff they were fantastic but they were battling a number of issues. Lift was broken (and looked like it was a long term issue) had to use service lift to get to room, wifi was down all day, pool was locked (at 6pm appears it hadn’t been unlocked that morning. Rooms very old/tired. Saving grace was the awesome staff/service and the free cooked breakfast

The carpet had stains and smells, The bed mattress was ols and was sitting on a wood box that was falling apart and the tub was so old it like like dirt in the middle of the tub. The came in the clean the room but never vacuum the carpet.
