The hotel is a walkable distance to everything in main town. However, it needs a renovation as other reviewers mentioned. The room i got wasn’t clean good and one of the sheets had old stain and they only do room service if you requested it. Rooms are spacious and A/C worked perfectly. Parking is included in your stay. Breakfast is included but is one of the worst in my opinion since we travel with little kids. They only provided personal like frozen packed of bagel, mini burgers, and I believe pancakes and they have a machine with coffee and juice. Staffs are nice and answered all need questions. Overall if you want something in price and in walkable distance and dont matter eating outside, it a good option to sleep in it :)

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean and the view was amazing. The music at night was a little loud and the walls are a little thin - we could hear our neighbors and their extra curricular activities at night.

It was a fun and interesting experience staying at a German themed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the pest control was too (they have a team of cats patrolling the area!)

While it is clearly an older property, it was very clean and in the perfect location for those wanting a quaint mountain stay in the heart of Helen. Because of its age, the walls are thin so be prepared to hear the local festivities as well as your neighbors. The staff was prompt and very pleasant, and the continental breakfast was perfect for an on the go family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Helen, GA.
