Location was key factor, read reviews and were prepared for the small room size. Breakfast a bit underrated but Ciara and the front desk team were outstanding and even gave the best pizza recommendations

Amazing location! Close not only to Times Square, but also Bryant Park and even Husdon Yards. Room was ready for us before check-in time which was great as we got to Manhattan around 12pm. Breakfast was convenient and simple, which covered our needs and front desk staff was very polite. Would definitely recommend!

Easy walk to subway (Port Authority Bus Terminal), Times Square, Theaters, and restaurants. Hoel breakfast was nothing special - greasy sausage and bland eggs. Other options available ( oatmeal, waffles) but didnt try those. Passes on the breakfast the 2nd morning and found a bagel shop close by for better quality. Hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and outstanding staff! Would stay again for another Broadway show, but skip breakfast...

Great location. Breakfast room staff were amazing. They were on top of everything. We requested a higher floor with a view and were placed on the 21st floor with a great view. We’ll definitely stay here again.
