If you have no choice but to stay in Midtown, this is a great option! The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient.

It is an old building and in need of upgrade but that doesn't seem possible toilet had no pressure and was clogged sink did not drain quickly my friend noticed human hairs in their supposedly washed towels... Not good

Although this is a classic hotel, it is definitely dated and ready for some updates. The bathroom tub and fixtures are extremely old and rickety. The room we had, albeit a beautiful view of the city, was tiny with very limited space to move around or even unpack your luggage. Again, the bathrooms need a serious update. Location was super congested since it was right near MSG, would probably choose another hotel for our next visit.

Excellent for business. Rooms are small but functional - this is an historic hotel and you’re in the middle of nyc. Your room will be steps from the elevators and that’s well designed - not much waiting

The room we stayed in was disappointingly small given the high price we paid for it. It felt cramped and did not provide the comfort we expected during our visit. After this experience, I’m unlikely to choose this option again for my next trip to New York City.
