Perfect for the whole big family and place for acquaintances and friends for spending time with a variety of activities around the corner. The living room equipped with fantastic sitting area around the large coffee table with exit to the terrace with lounge group, barbecue, table tennis. Luxury kitchen with seating for 10 people and Imac, free wifi.
Perfect for a conference for a smaller group - there is room for all conversations and some luxurious relaxation.
The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach in central Båstad. The sea is visible from the kitchen and one bedroom. In two of the bedrooms there are continental beds for the best sleeping comfort, one bedroom with two 90 cm beds and one on the lower floor with 2 x 90 cm beds that can be put together with a double mattress and a bunk bed 90 cm twice, TV's corner, dining table with 4 chairs Air conditioning and electric elements 2 large bathrooms with shower, floor heating, WC and guest WC on the middle floor. 500 m to ICA Supermarket, Apoteket and systembolaget.

Ett jätte fint hus som är nära till allt , samt en grym värd som svarar direkt och försöker göra allt för att du skall få en grym upplevelse !

Nice House
Nice House in urban living area. Suitable for children as table-tennis, videogames and ihrer games are in the house for free use.
Well stacked with enough dishes, glasses etc. to cook for 9 people.
Nicely furnitured.
Mainly well kept and clean but on arrival the dirty dishes of former users were in the dishwasher which did not function at first. We had to clean the dishwasher to make it work again.
