Vi skulle ringa och säga att vi landade in lite senare. Ringde i tre timmar utan svar. Kommer fram till hotellet då är det låst. Vi går runt och knackar på dörrar och och fönster i 5 min innan nån öppnar. Dom sa att det inte fanns någon mer bokning idag så dom hade satt sig i ett annat rum än där telefonen fanns o druckit vin, när jag visar bokningsbekräftelsen så skyller dom på Hotels. Det fanns lediga rum så vi fick ett rum. Helt ok rum förutom fukt/mögeldoft på toaletten.

En vacker historia räcker inte långt
Ingen bra upplevelse. Ganska tråkigt bemötta från början. De hittade inte vår bokning, gjordes ingen insats för att hitta den. De löste sig ändå, men vi blev ifrågasatta varför vi kom innan 15. Efter 16 skulle ingen personal vara på plats, så då fick vi prata med en annan ovetande i serveringspersonalen. Trist rum, nån form av soc boende i rummen på väg till vårt? Enbart 1:an 2:an och 4:an på tv’n, lampor i rummet som inte fungerade, inget schampo kvar i behållaren på duschen osv. Detaljer på många ställen som gjorde att det ländes sunkigt. Sköna sängar dock. Frukosten var direkt dålig. Väldigt få alternativ. Nej, att ha en intressant historia räcker en bit, men bättre än så här får nog hotellet göra om de ska få några kunder. Drygt 1500:- i ordinarie pris är ett stabilt överpris. (Vi betalade 1200:-)
