• Small bedroom: Single bed (80 x 200 cm)
• Family room: Sleeping sofa for two (140 x 200 cm)
• Extra bed: 90 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm, can be placed in Family room or any of the bedroom except Small bedroom
• Baby cot available.

Entrance Hall (main floor):
provides access to all parts of the building.

Open concept living room/dining area (main floor):
in the sofa and dining areas there is ample space. Out of the large windows there is view of the west/south facing terrace and the main garden area. There is direct access to the terrace that has a seating area and BBQ.

Kitchen (main floor):
fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. All necessary utensils, tableware and cookware are provided. There’s view of the main entrance and the bird pond.

WC (main floor):
toilet and vanity.

Master Bedroom (main floor):
a quiet and private master bedroom near a toilet. Sleeps two in a queen bed (160 x 200 cm). There´s a view of terrace, apple trees and neighbouring area.

Blue Bedroom (top floor):
a quiet and private bedroom near a bathroom, sleeps one (bed 90 x 200 cm). There’s a view of the backyard and surrounding forest area.

Beige Bedroom (top floor):
a quiet and private bedroom near a bathroom, sleeps one (bed 90 x 200 cm). There’s a view of apple trees and neighbouring area.

Small Bedroom (top floor):
a small private bedroom/study, near a bathroom, sleeps one (bed 80 x 200 cm). There’s a view of the main garden area.

Bathroom (top floor):
Shower, WC and vanity.

Family Room and Finnish Sauna (bottom floor):
a cozy family room that sleeps three: two in a sofa-bed (140 x 200 cm) plus one in an extra bed. With full privacy the family room doubles as extra dressing space for the sauna area which includes a jacuzzi tub, two showers, vanity and a traditional Finnish sauna.

Utility Room and WC (bottom floor):
Fully equipped utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink. Bottom floor WC and vanity in a separate area attached to the utility room.

Wine Cellar and Cool Storage (bottom floor):
There is a cool storage area which embodies also a year-round cool wine cellar.

House rules:
• Check-in 3 p.m. Late Check-in possible
• Check-out 11 a.m.
• Guests have full access to the entire building apart from the garage which is reserved for storage.
• Minimum age for the main tenant is 25 unless otherwise agreed.
• This is strictly a non-smoking property. There are designated covered areas in the outdoor terrace and the main entrance for smoking.
• Large scale parties and juvenile parties are not permitted on the premises.
• Toddlers need to be supervised at all times as the design includes no guard rails for the stairs.
• Guests will have to keep the noise down outside the house after 10 p.m.
• Please notice that the building is a 3-floor plan. Therefore, the multifloor plan could also be a challenge for some elderly guests with disabilities.
• We require at check-in passport (non-EU-citizens) or other official I.D. (EU-citizens) from all adult guests.

Other:
There is access to several bus lines and there is a City Bike station some 200 meters from the property. The closest subway station (Siilitie Station) is a good 15 minutes’ walk from the property. By car or by bus a total of 3 hypermarkets can be reached in 5+ minutes, two of them are open 24/7.

The Itis Mall, the largest mall in the Nordic area, can be reached in 5+ minutes by car. The mall offers a large variety of stores, lots of restaurants and a brand-new IMAX movie complex. All movies are presented in their original language and only subtitled in Finnish and Swedish, so following the story is no problem.

The nearest grocery store is located some 700 meters from the house. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by car or about 30 minutes by public transportation. The Helsinki Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

A tennis center and a communal indoor sports center (Liikuntamylly) can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The nearest public swimming pool (Olympic-size) opens in mid-August and public beaches are also just about 5+ minutes from the property by car.

The largest natural reserve in Helsinki is located in the vicinity of the property and can easily be accessed by car or even by foot in about 10 minutes. Trails for recreation in the forest area (and well-maintained cross-country skiing tracks in the winter) start almost literally from the doorstep of Casa Aurelia.
