This was absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had. Not only was the hotel beautifully clean and stylish and centrally located, but the front desk staff went up and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. If I am ever back in Helsinki, I will definitely stay here!

All of the staff we dealt with were very efficient, friendly, gave excellent recommendations, and were willing to help with non hotel issues. The breakfast was very good, they had bikes that we were able to use and the location was very convenient to central Helsinki, the ferry terminal and the train station.

Very good location for most things although nearer the main station is probably better for bars but that is only a ten minute or so walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful and rooms are comfortable with a good large shower, I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Location is good. Our room was on the ground floor opening on to the internal courtyard. We had virtually no daylight. The air conditioning could not be turned off and it was cold. We were not informed on arrival that despite staying 4 nights if you wanted your room made up you had to ask. Breakfast was ok but you had to book a timed slot. A bit small and didn't deliver.

Chilled weekend with my dog
2 nights with my small dog and we both loved it. My room was nice and comfy. My dog was given bed, food bowls, towel and sign to hang onnyhe door that there was a dog in the room. Staff amazing. We both loved our stay. Location is amazing. Close to all central activities, but on a side street so everthing is quiet. Good breakfast. We will return.
