Friendly and efficient reception staff. Nice bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are however somewhat too compact! Bedrooms at rear are quiet but colleagues’ rooms on front of hotel suffered noise from the street during most nights and early hours. Breakfasts are very good. Wide choice, good quality and should not be missed. Would visit again provided availability of a quiet room.

The Marski was in a great location with many sites within walking distance, and fairly close to the train station. Rooms were comfy and clean; decent amenities - just didn't have hair conditioner. Breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Poor management at restaurant.
Overall a nice hotel at good location. Good breakfast buffet. We had dinners Friday and Saturday nights at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed the meal Friday night. Saturday night was terrible. It took two and a half hours to finish the dinner. We weren’t eating. We were just kept waiting. It took an hour! to have the main course after the soup.

Great hotel the location is perfect for getting around the city both by walking and tram routes.we were in Helsinki for a football match and literally were able to board the tram immediately outside the hotel to the stadium. It is also only a short walk to the central train station were we used the rail link to the airport. The reception staff were very helpful on our arrival offering us an early check in. If returning to Helsinki we will for sure stay at the hotel.

An absolutely fantastic hotel . The staff are 1st class i was helped with a map of the area, a taxi was booked for me for the return journey also assistance my airline checking. The hotel is very homely cosy. The whole place spotlessly clean also the food is lovely. All AAÀAAAAAAA

The staff at the Marski were extremely helpful. We were only booked for one night initially with an overnight train the next night to Lapland. However, the airline lost our luggage which added some unexpected challenges. The staff members at the front desk were very accommodating even though we technically were no longer their guests as of noon. We ended up cancelling our other hotel and spending our last night in Helsinki at the Marski. Oh and the room was great too. Comfy bed, very clean.

I stayed on the first floor. It’s a good location in the heart of Helsinki, but I experienced several issues. The TV turned off automatically so that it could not be used. The temperature in the room did not cool to desired temperature when adjusted. A loud noisy sound (20 second long, every hour) coming from the HVAC. On Tuesday a loud band was playing music from 7-11 pm.

This is a very convenient location with easy walking distance to the railway station, shopping and the Esplanade. Tram stops in front of the hotel. Breakfast had many options and excellent food. In spite of being fully booked, staff was very helpful. Two concerns: No Hot Water for a shower the night of 18.09.2024 and strange lighting system which was hard to navigate in the room.
