Hotel grundsätzlich gut! Telefon auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Fernsehgerät viel zu klein, in der heutigen Zeit. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, jedes Stuhl - und Bettenrücken hört man noch in der Etage darunter! Wir haben zum Frühstück Omelette aus frischen Eiern bestellt, bekommen haben wir Omelette aus dem Tetra - Pack und es wurde behauptet das es frische Eier sind! Geht garnicht! Nach der Reklamation bekamen wir das gewünschte Omelette!

Es waren erholsame Tage, die Umgebung war hervorragend. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Küche und das Servicepersonal war etwas angespannt und leicht überfordert. Ansonten ein sehr schönes Hotel ich komme gerne wieder

Unserem Zimmerwunsch, wurde leider nicht nachgekommen. Schade. Die Regendusche war in einem schlechtem Zustand, müsste mal instandgesetzt werden. Zugebuchtes Wellnesspaket, was Katastrophal .

Ein Hotel, dass eigentlich 4 Sterne verdient. Wunderschöner wellnessbereich, kleines, aber schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Besonders ist auch der Wintergarten und das Frühstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist super, 2. Reihe zur Strandpromenade. Einziges Manko sind die Tiefgarage, in der keine SUVs Platz finden und die wenigen Parkplätze zum Be- und Entladen, da stehen Autos stundenlang . Da sollte man mehr drauf achten.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Frühstückbüfett war ausgesprochen vielseitig und ein guter Start in den Tag.Die zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Wasser optimal.Die Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage des Hotels fanden wir ziemlich überhöht. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Mir fehlten nur ein paar Garderobenhaken.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Das Hotel war beim Buchen als 4-Sterne Hotel gekennzeichnet. Es war aber ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber aber klein. Parkmöglichkeit umständlich und teuer. Der Gang zum SPA Bereich umständlich. Für Badetücher müsste man extra bei der Rezeption nachfragen auch wenn kostenlos.

Sehr sauber und modern, bequeme Betten, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage nahe Seebrücke. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Wellnessbereich nutzbar. Wir können das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Leider war die angebende Parkmöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. Kein Parkplatz , angeblich voll. Also mit Familie und großen Koffer dann leider nicht zu empfehlen. Für Pärchen ohne Kind und kleinem Reisegepäck ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Haben es schon viel besser kennengelernt
In der Hochsaison die Bar nur bis 22.30 Uhr die Bedienung die wir hatten unfreundlich die Zimmer sehr schön und Mitarbeiter am Servicesschalter sehr nett aber die meisten polnischen Mitarbeiter sehr hochnäsig
