This 40 square meter 2 room apartment is located in the 2nd Upstairs and is suitable for 2-4 persons. The comfortable living area has 2 sofas with flat screen TV and a large dining table for shared meals. From here you have a nice view of the hustle and bustle in the Kulmstraße. The modern kitchen with oven / microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. is also integrated in the living room. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 160 x 200) and ample closet space. Since one of the two sofas in the living room is also equipped with sleep function (135 x 200), the 3rd and 4th. Choose which of the two rooms you want to sleep in. The internal bathroom is equipped with shower and washbasin / WC. In addition, a bicycle cellar is available to guests.  A free parking space is assigned to the apartment. This is located in the Heringsdorf car park "Am Zentrum", about 8 minutes away on foot. A place for loading and unloading is located directly at the house.

The well-preserved and well-kept old town center with its mostly extensively refurbished Art Nouveau villas has a wonderful charm. The Villa Kramme is located in the center of this beautiful place, so there are no long ways. The beach, the pier, restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Even purchases are possible in the immediate vicinity. Sauna and spa services are offered in nearby hotels and the Baltic Sea spa.  Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival.
