The apartment was comfortable with almost all the necessities. Dont forget to bring sheets and pillowcases as they are not supplied . We also had a hard time getting wifi bit overall the accommodations more than served their purpose.

Good, but surprised fees
The place was on a main street but was nice size. We were asked to pay a cleaning fee of 25 euros, or clean ourselves. That came as a surprised. Also, when we asked for additional toilet paper (there was less than half a roll) the owner did bring a new roll, but said that what he had was supposed to be enough. It sounded a little cheap to me. Overall, good, but not great.

You and the owner are liarS I asked you before coming in the house, if it's accessible for an handicap person? You Saïd yes! It's WRONG!, TOO MUCH STAIRES WITH HIGH STEPS ABOVE ALL TO GO TO THE WC AND TO GOING FOR THE GARDEN. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE ! No instructions for the TV It's smell so BAD! Nous conseillons fort fortement ce logement nous y avons trouvé le calme le confort de la literie le confort de la salle de bain la propreté une grande cuisine aménagée. Si tu es à moins de trois minutes à pied de la plage ce logement dispose d’un jardin avec Sallon et transatsNous ne manquerons pas d’y retourner si nous repassons dans la région

Très bon emplacement mais....
Facilement accessible le logement de prime abord ne fait pas grande impression, un très grand jardin à partager avec les autres résidents est attenant cependant exposé plein soleil bien agréable. Au niveau de la propreté le bas blesse. Poussières, vitres pas nettoyées, plan de travail collant, traces sur les portes.... Niveau salle d'eau et toilettes rien à dire, propres. Chambres : literies pas changées (on retrouve des cheveux sur les draps housse). Il manque un peu de vaisselle (notamment des casseroles) il ne faut pas être trop nombreux. Le vrai bon point c'est l'accessibilité à la plage (5 mn).

Es war in der Wohnung nicht sauber, fast alles kaputt: Stühle, Gartenliege, Spülbecken, WC-Deckel.... Es macht Insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Kirche ( Glockengeläut ab 8h) und an einer Durchgangsstraße. Der Strand ist schön und fussläufig erreichbar.

Un havre de paix à deux pas de la plage normande et des sites historiques : Pegasus Bridge, Batterie de Merville, Arromanches etc.... François est un hôte accueillant et soigneux de ses appartements. Je vous conseille fortement ce logement car le rapport qualité / prix est imbattable !! Enjoy!

L'intérieur très moyen , des marches partout, pas de salle de bains , une douche installée dans un ancien placard , sans lavabo. Bref , je ne recommande pas, heureusement que ça n'était que pour une seule nuit..

Alles Super geklappt . Super netter Vermieter.
War alles so wie beschrieben , schade nur das Sateliten TV drin steht ,aber nur Französische Sender zur Verfügung stehen. Wäre schön gewesen wenn wir auch mal Deutsche Nachrichten hätten sehen können. Trotz Straße sehr ruhig, sehr zu empfehlen.
