Very friendly and helpful staff. Good shuttle service to/from the airport. Clean and quiet, and Iā€™ll stay again. Two things could improve: (1) internet is $10 unless you join the rewards program, and (2) it was difficult to get in touch with room service. I tried ordering online but couldn't get past the screen that asked how I wanted my burger cooked. The phone system for room service was stuck on an endless loop. Could also have more food choices.

The room was the farthest from the elevator that you could get. If you have difficulty walking, be sure to ask for something closer to the elevator. The shuttle to the airport was great and the primary reason for our stay.

This stay I was not at all happy with the handicap bathroom - had a tub with and awkward shower stool and I have a challenge navigating the side of the tub. the shower chair also made it very awkward to shower as it was very large and clumsy. Did not ask for a change as I was only there for 1 night and could shower when I got home
