Ground Floor with Water Views

This bright, fresh and sunny newly renovated apartment is situated on Hervey Bays beautiful Esplanade. It is one of six apartments and cottages we have available at 545 Esplanade. We offer FREE, FAST, RELIABLE & UNLIMITED WIFI to our guests. It offers the perfect escape to unwind but is only a few minutes stroll away to cafes and restaurants as well as The Urangan Pier. You have a water view from your living area and main bedroom. Your bathroom has grab rails and has a 15 cm step into the shower.
Kick off your shoes and watch the sunrise and sunset from your private patio over looking the turquoise waters of Hervey Bay. 545 Esplanade is a great stop over if you are lucky enough to be visiting Fraser or lady Elliot Island. You can see beautiful Fraser Island from your Verandah. Why not spent a few days enjoying the cafes, restaurants beaches and Botanical Gardens of Hervey Bay before or after your Island Hopping.
Your apartment is fully self contained and on the Ground Floor with private access at the front of the building and has a patio and seating. Off street parking for your vehicle is in the courtyard. You have your own washing machine situated in the bathroom and a sunny cloth line in the courtyard. The comfortable queen size bed and additional single beds means that adults as well as children will have a great nights sleep in fresh, crisp quality linen.
You have a selection of cereals and fresh milk for breakfast to see you through the first few mornings and of course tea and coffee.
Urangan shopping centre is a 2 minute drive away which has everything you may require including a post office, chemist, newsagent, bottle shop, baker, butchers and woolworths. You also have cafes, bakers, pubs and restaurants in walking distance. The 17 kilometre shared walkway and cycle way along the esplanade is perfect if you want to hire bikes which is close at hand too.
The miles of sandy beach stretches in either direction and the waters are calm and safe for all the family to enjoy. Why not try your hand at paddle boarding or jet skiing. Throw a line in off the famous Urangan Pier or just walk along the sandy shoreline for a morning coffee.
Whale watching Season kicks off mid July and continues until mid October. If this has been on your bucket list then spend some time with us enjoying our beautiful sunny Queensland days and experience these majestic and wonderful creatures close up. Hervey Bay is known as the 'Best Place For Whale Encounters' in the world and it won't disappoint!
Being on the Esplanade, you have a bus running every hour to the main shopping area and onto Maryborough. The larger clubs such as the RSL, Boat Club and Beach House all have a regular courtesy bus which will pick up and drop you back home free of charge. The Fraser Island Tours will pick up and drop off close by so no need to walk too far.
Whale Watch Courtesy buses will also collect you right outside your door. The Sandy Straits Marina is a short 5 minute drive and is where all Whale Watch Tours leave from.
Hervey Bay is also lucky enough to have several driver 05 services which are fantastic. You drive your car to your destination (within Hervey Bay) and they will drive you and your car safely back at the same rate as a taxi. Fraser Coast Airport is a 10 minute drive from the Esplanade, Taxis are available.
545 is a small leafy peaceful block. We really like and respect our lovely neighbours .
I do not have any baby supplies such as cot or high chair and your apartment has unsecured access to the Esplanade.

3 night Hervey Bay visit
Enjoyed our 3 days at Urangan. Facilities overlooking the water ground level was great as one client has a mobility disability. bedrooms were comfortable light and airy and air conditioned also with fans which was good. plenty of kitchen equipment (though missing a whisk for mixing) and thoughtful provisions to kick off eg milk cereal jams/sauces. parking though not undercover was away from street view which was good. Great for 2 people possibly 3 but living/dining kitchen would be tight for 3 or more. Loved the Saturday markets walking distance up the road and the pub for lunch. Contact has been very helpful and photos/etc were good.

A fabulous property and the perfect launch point for our week of sailing.
The unit is in a fabulous location and presented so nicely! The large bedrooms were a nice surprise as were the special little extras everywhere! We would not hesitate to book this property again!
