The hotel was very nice. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant on site was closed on Sunday since this was the day of our stay. The outdoor pool area was beautiful! One of the hot tubs and the sauna were temporarily out of order, but the pool, other hot tub and fire pit were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Room smelt musky. Like it didn’t have any fresh air circulating in it. Or it wasn’t used much. It was clean though. Was up for the weekend for a family wedding. All other members of my family that stayed there had the same complaint about the odor of the rooms. Complementary breakfast was no worth having. Hotel was average or slightly above compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

We liked the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Things were a little wore in the room, but overall pretty clean. Quiet when we were there too.

Guy at desk could care less that I had gold status. His comment was- you booked through a third party and didn’t care what I was saying. Never even went over breakfast hours or where it was. I had to ask. The outside of hotel looks terrible. The inside is fine.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the room and courtyard were nice. The beds were comfortable. The only downside is the hotel was doing some minor maintenance and there was a horrible smell in the hallway.

Our stay was on a Sunday night and, unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed. However, the very friendly and helpful front desk clerk pointed us in the direction of an amazing local sports bar.

Great breakfast. I did have a billing issue. But I don’t know if that is the hotel‘s fault or Expedia‘s fault. I had reserved one room for one night. I woke up to my Discover credit card alerting me that I was being charged $351 for another room for two nights. I had to call Expedia. They called the hotel and it was rectified. But it was upsetting.
