The second bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and a TV. A second full guest bath separates the master and the second bedroom. Under the cabinet "night lights" are in both bathrooms.
The kitchen on the main level is fully furnished with wormy maple cabinets and solid surface, quartz countertops. A dining table is off the kitchen next to a laundry closet with a washer and dryer also on the main level.
A wood burning fireplace with large sofa, two lazy boy recliners and oversized chair in the vaulted great room on main, with a 50" flat screen TV, and dvd player. Access the wrap around deck from either one of two french doors where you will find two Adirondack chairs, four rocking chairs, two chaise loungers, table and 4 chairs.
Downstairs has a third queen size second master bedroom with attached full bath and enter from either the bedroom or the second living area. Bathroom has double sinks.
The living area has two twin beds and a trundle bed setup. A TV is in the 2nd living area with a game table to play cards or board games and video library. A foosball table is in the living area.
You can access the yard from downstairs where you will find a fire pit and view of the mountains! The home has WiFi.
The best thing is this home is just a short drive, 1/2 mile to HWY 76, in the middle of Hiawassee. Ingles Grocery with a Starbucks is about a mile away. The Georgia Mountain Fair ground is only a short 10 minutes down highway 76.
