Samantha at the front desk was fantastic and supportive to our needs for our two rooms. She even tried to have us change rooms, but none of the rooms we went in were acceptable to stay in.The rooms were dirty and smelly, ceilings had several large places with peeling paint, dirty comforters, dirty bathroom door, and stain on sheet. Therefore, we left as management was not able to offer better accommodations.

As soon as I walked in to check-in there was a strong smell of marijuana, in the lobby. It was horrible. The bed was nice in the room but everything was not convenient for instance there wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom, no lighting at the mirror in front of the bed, and it was 90 degrees in the room when we walked in taking forever for it to cool down. Just not what we were expecting for an upgraded Red Room Plus.
