First room stank of cigarette smoke. Asked to change rooms and was that told they had nothing. After explaining that I wasn’t letting my child sleep in that room and that we now had no other option but to stay at that hotel due to everywhere else being sold out, they then did find another available room?! Stank of musk, but better than smoke! Rooms very dated and old. Bathroom was laughable, looked like it was from the 70’s. Tiny rooms with hardly any space around the bed. Poor airflow. Fancy exterior and reception, the rest of the hotel needs a full renovation! Avoid staying here!!

シャワーの強さや空調の調整には難がありますが、その他サービス含め全て満足できるホテルです。 古くはなりましたが、古さは記載の２つくらいで、立地やサービスレベルも非常に高いホテルだと思います。

Habitación grande, cama confortable, escritorio amplio para trabajar, con muchos enchufes para laptop, móvil, etc. Baño con bañera grande y mucho sitio para dejar tus cosas. Buena ubicación junto al barrio de samurais y bien comunicado. La atención del personal es excelente.

The hotel was clean, staff was great snd there were nice amenities provided. The location was also wonderful. On top of all that, the upgraded room was very spacious and light and a good price!!

入室してすぐトイレに入り髪の毛がありがっかり
部屋に入り良い部屋と思いながらトイレに入ると髪の毛を発見しがっかり。水回りはかなり年期が入っており清潔感はない。トイレの水の流れも悪くオーバーフローして大変なことに。部屋の冷蔵庫の騒音もうるさく電源OFFにしないと気になって眠れなかった。ベッドは広く寝心地も良く合格点。間接照明も良い。早くリフォームをしないと東急ホテルの価値が下がると思う。
