Book my beautiful, comfortable and clean four-season 1,200 sq ft chalet that's equipped with everything you need including an automatic full house backup generator (just in case). Have your morning beverage on the Shaded deck of this one acre property in a quite, family neighborhood. Or in front of the indoor gas fireplace. Share memories within the open floor plan or around the outdoor fire campfire.
There is so many outdoor activities to enjoy in and around the area it gives me great pleasure to share my home with others.
My Chalet is located between both Higgins and Houghton lakes. 1.5 miles to Higgins Beach and Boat ramp and 7 miles to Houghton Lakes North Boat Launch. Explore riding ORV from the driveway through state land leading to Higgins Lake Trail Head.
Plenty of driveway parking for your vehicles and trailers.

The Blue Chalet
We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Chalet! Our friends were getting married at the Barn at Higgins Lake, which was a 2-min drive from the house or a 10-min walk. The property was clean, check-in process was so easy, and the decor was super cute! Plus, we really enjoyed the frosted mugs in the freezer, what a nice touch!

This place was great. It has everything you need. I was with me wife and my cousin who came because my mother ended up getting sick before our trip and stayed home. I would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Chalet was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for our vacation that didn’t start off very well at another resort. The owner was very helpful & kind. The chalet was close to the lake, restaurants, ice cream & trails. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back soon!

Cute house with plenty of room. Place was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to Higgins State Park beach - just 3 minutes down the road and to several ice cream shops for the kiddos. Nice place to stay and would recommend.

A perfect place to stay to enjoy the trails.
Booked this property to come up and do some fall trail riding and we had a wonderful weekend. The home was clean and comfortable and beats staying in a motel. The driveway was plenty big for truck and trailers and the manager Angelo was very accommodating to our needs.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish
Angelo was extremely kind, helpful, easy to reach and we couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience in dealing with a landlord. The kids absolutely loved the house it was immaculate and had more to offer expected plenty to cook with, spices, etc!! Home was cosy and extremely clean comfortable and very homey feeling! We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the chalet! It was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. Just one small note regarding kitchen supplies, could use some cookie sheets, tongs, lighter for the fire and the coffee pot is pretty slow. Nothing that would impact a stay just a nice to know! Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
