Couldn't really comment on the outside cleanliness as there is fresh snow covering the ground. But snow removal done for sidewalks, entry etc which look really nice.

I reserved a jacuzzi room and it was so loud while running it was uneasy to have it on but worse was whatever caused the brown scum released into the water while we were bathing in it. Very gross.
