The apartment we had was very tired and needed to be updated. Parking near the apartment was not good due to staff parking there when they could of parked in the main car park. Otherwise the place was very clean and amazing grounds, i did not use the leisure facilities so cant comment on them, staff were very polite and helpful

Lovely friendly welcome from staff. Hotel very clean, tidy and had all the essentials you need. Beautiful setting and surroundings. Very reasonably priced and tranquil. This is the second time we have stayed here and its been perfect both times. Thank you very much for our stays.

Amazing place
We arrived late as we had a bad experience at another hotel. We wete greeted with a warm smile and friendly service from the receptionist. The bar staff were so lovely and even though we were just after yhe closing hour they made sure we were fed after our exhausting trip. Accommodation was amazing ample space and facilities, highly recommend and brilliant value for money

Lots of work needed
The sofa bed mattress was the worst I have ever had, the springs were terrible. Unfortunately we could not be moved and the mattress could not be changed so I was provided with an extra duvet to sleep on. Sauna was not working restaurant and bar closed for mist of stay. Staff helpful and pool lovely. Grill at deep end of pool very dangerous with badly broken tiles. I would come adding but it really needs bringing up to date.

Really helpful staff at the park. Lovely, well equipped comfortable and clean caravan and nicely manicured grounds. Only concerns are level of chemicals in pool. Granddaughter unable to stay in pool for long as eyes stinging.

For what we paid I was v pleasantly surprised. The 2bed house was v roomy and all mod cons. Pool and spa v good, and not busy I guess due to the booking system which I liked.
