Good prive but not best stay.
Booked a double queen 3 months in advance. At check in they said none were available and gave me a single bed. At the time there were only 12 cars total in the whole lot so no way it was booked out. In the mor6the lot was still only half full. Room was dated. Missing furniture. Bed was hard. Breakfast was suppose to open at 630. At 645 it still was not open so we left to go get it elsewhere.

This hotel appears to be an unfinished remodel. Bathrooms are unfinished with “mud” all over places it shouldn’t be, a/c wasn’t cold (it stayed on fan mode most of the night), and breakfast was terrible.

Upon arrival, the doors were locked and a sign on the door that the hotel was shut down due to a water leak! According to neighbor hotels, it had been shut down for several weeks and yet, Holiday Inn nor Expedia attempted to reach out to us to make other accommodations. They had ALL of my contact info. No excuse for such incompetence!
