Our best stay so far on our trip from FL to OK. The hotel was full due to Beryl, but it didn’t feel that way. Our room was large and comfortable, great water pressure and the breakfast potatoes were delicious! Thanks for a comfortable and affordable night!

The place is fine for a quick stay, free breakfast is always a plus. My bed wasn't made and when I asked for extra towels they only were allowed to give me one. My kids went to the pool. 1 towel wasnt enough. Anyway it was decent.

Room we were given stunk so bad like wet dogs and the room was hot. I asked to be moved to another room and was given a room that was a lot better but a double bed instead of the king we had.

The customer service at this hotel is TERRIBLE. I left an item in the closet and called the hotel and they found it but they refuse to mail it to me even when I offered to pay the shipping. They told me their policy is rigid and if I want it I need to come back and pick it up in person. Also, when I checked in, I stood at the desk for probably five minutes with a the front desk agent and the manager standing in front of me while they went through a housekeeping list before they acknowledged that I was standing there and checked me in. Seriously, I'm never staying at this property again.

Horrible stay. Should have been 2 TVs but we were missing one, was told no discount. Then the air condition was not working and we were told our only option was to leave, at almost midnight when we had just got back from our event. Will not be using this place again.
