It was advertised as on Amelia island and in fact it was twenty eight minutes south of the island. We were on the island and had to back track a half hour. We are heading north and now we have to do the half hour again. I will not use Expedia.com again

After swimming in the pool, I got an ear infection. It happened the day after so I know I got the ear infection from the pool. They close the pool the same day I started having a problem with my ear. I went to the clinic to get treated. I told the management about the problem and was told that this was not their concern. They said anyone can come in with some fake excuse. All I did is explain the problem they never asked for any kind of resolution, and this was the sort of reaction that I got from them. Absolutely no chance in them doing any kind of thing whatsoever to express theyā€™re sorry for my suffering. Truly pathetic narcissist customer service.
