The ac was broken, you could hear it trying to run but would turn on. I called to get help and a Maintenace worker came up finally around 2am and handed me a replacement air filter... That obviously didn't fix the problem. I was so hot and could not sleep. Without the ac running, you could hear every footstep in the hallway, the neighboring toilets flushing, kids yelling. Horrible overnight stay.

I have stayed at this property several times. The view of the St. Johns River and the skyline/bridges at night are spectacular, the customer service and amenities are top notch and the dining options are great. Highlights: watching the dolphins frolic in the river during the day and watching the sunset/skyline views in the evening, enjoying an old fashioned at Morton's, post-dinner walk just across the street along the well-maintained riverfront.
