Welcome to Pikes Paradise

Pikes paradise is a cozy two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with all the amenities. You just need to pack a bag, bring your tackle box and enjoy.

We are located 1/3 mile from Fletchers pond best known for pike, large mouth bass, and perch. This is where you can launch your boat. (We can’t wait to see what you catch)

Bedroom 1- has a full bed with half bath attached
Bedroom 2- has queen bed
Living room- has two full futons. Which can sleep two children or one adult on each futon.

Smart lock entry for safety and easy arrival

Long driveway to park a boat or camper for added guest. We do not have hook up to host the camper.

Great option!
Great option for our annual fish trip to Fletchers Pond. Right down the road from Jacks Landing and public boat launch. Exactly what we expected. Owner was great, accommodating and good (super fast) communication. Weather could have been better! :) But we’ll come again! Thanks!

Quiet and pleasant
This place is great and decently priced. Very remote which is what we wanted for our getaway from the city. Dark skies perfect for stargazing. You can even make out the Milky Way galaxy here (though you would still need to go somewhere darker to see the colors). My and family and I had a fantastic trip here. You can’t go wrong with this place!

It’s remote and lovely! Only caution is that cell service isn’t great, but that’s to be expected for a remote property. Plus the Wi-Fi was excellent. Hosts were super organized and prepared, and we had Eve try thing we could possibly need. Would definitely come back!

True to their word
This cabin is great for fishing!! Tucked back in the woods on a dirt road, it is peaceful and quiet. We saw deer, turkey, and many types of birds. The boat launch to Fletcher Pond was close and convenient. The water pressure in the kitchen made it tough to wash the dishes, but the shower and bathroom sinks had good water pressure, much to our satisfaction. Pictures are true to the cabin. Good space for the 6 of us to share without issue. We enjoyed the fire pit for roasting marshmallows and hanging out. Our only issues were not having an external plug to charge the boat battery and no external water source. We had no issue cleaning fish outside (as the house rules required), but no external water source made cleanup a challenge. Overall we enjoyed our stay, inside and outside! We ate most of our meals on the porch - a great space!!! Hosts were responsive to questions and very hospitable. We would stay here again if coming back to the area.

Perfect little Anniversary getaway in the woods!!
Me, My Boyfriend and our Dog wanted a quiet little spot in the woods and this place was absolutely perfect!! 😍 It has everything you need and was very clean!! we loved the decor and the covered patio with lights and the fire pit!! We just loved the whole feel of this place ❤️ It had a retro type look which is my favorite. The back bedroom was all windows that looked at the woods which really gave us that cozy cabin in the woods feel just like we wanted!! The propery managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel so very comfortable, they even had a bottle of champagne and a little anniversary card waiting for us when we got there!! Which I thought was the cutest and so thoughtful 😍 Being our first time getting a Vrbo or ever doing this kind of thing We could not of asked for a better experience and we will definitely be back!! 🥰 if we could give them 10 stars we would!! lol

Summer trip
Very nice place in quiet area. Close to Fletchers Pond, just a few minutes, where we rented a pontoon and spent all day fishing. About 25 minutes from Alpena where we went kayaking, paddle boarding, explored some museum's, had dinner at some great restaurants. Definitely would recommend The Nest and Red Brick Eats for dinner. The house was exactly as stated, clean and actually roomy than pictures give credit for. My kids and I had a very enjoyable time and would definitely stay again. There was lots we didn't do that we wanted to, so will for sure be back. Hosts were great, very responsive and helpful,
