Having stayed at Hilton properties before, we were looking forward to trying this newish hotel in one of our favourite places Busselton. The staff were very friendly and always accommodated our requests and feedback. The restaurant manager was particularly helpful. The bar and pool areas are very nice. However, this hotel is lacking in a number of areas. When we entered our room, we were disapointed to find hairs and stains on the floor, the floor obviously had not been mopped or vacuumed. We also noticed that many of the seat covers in the bar and restaurant areas were stained and hadnt been cleaned. The entry to the restaurant is in a bad position, people lining up to get seated clash with people coming out of the lifts and people travelling to/from the lobby. The restaurant layout is poor and very cramped, and does not have adequate seating at peak times resulting in patrons asked to sit at tables in the lobby area. The lifts do not always move after you have pressed the buttons, and there is no colour difference to indicate the button has been pressed. Overall a bit disappointing for a Hilton Hotel.

Good hotel! Nicely decorated room with a large comfortable bed. Well located. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is breakfast was not included in the room rate and was expensive as an extra.

The hotel was not a good as I was expecting. When checking in staff were a little arrogant and dismissive in a slight undertone. The room was as ok but the bathroom was poor in design and I found a black hair in shower that was off putting. The big plus was the location to local attractions. For value for money it’s the location that would bring me back only and more attractive room rate.
