Welcome to the BESTNEST at 1594 Lagoon Villas in Sea Pines (226 South Sea Pines Drive). Our advertised rates are our very best rates and calendar shows real time availability. We encourage you to book online!

1594 Lagoon Villas is a wonderfully comfortable, light filled property and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. This one-level villa feels like home with light and airy spaces, and 3 larger bedrooms, each with ensuite bath.

The superb South Beach location (literally steps to all things Salty Dog AND the BEACH!) and comfort of this villa make it a fabulous new addition to our portfolio in 2021. We've just installed lots of new furnishings and all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection.

This villa boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen with breakfast area, plus a roomy dining room with seating for 6.

The stylish and comfortable living area features a 65" Samsung TV with expanded digital channel selection. Each BESTNEST features a premium Bluetooth speaker for easy playing of our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists or your own favorites.

Three bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are well lit and sparkling clean. Big closets and a full laundry room complete the special interior features of the villa. Bonus: Super convenient parking right at the front door!

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 1/4 mile or about 5-6 minutes easy walk.

POOL: In 2024 the South Beach pool is being renovated, and therefore not usable/open. Luckily, the ocean is so very close!

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their human will have to pay a fine), and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

Very nice tucked away location that was quiet and has plenty of wildlife. The Villa was spacious and the decor was beautiful. Check-in was sweatless. My wife and I had fish & chips at the Salty Dog that was awesome. Will definitely book again.

Great villa and location
Had my birthday celebration here with 4 friends - all adults over 40. Great villa with very nice furnishings, great layout for couples, and spacious kitchen. Love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Great for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms have King Beds and the 3rd is either a Queen or Full (not sure) but I was solo so that was perfect for me. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to clean, beautiful beach in one direction and 5 min walk to Salty Dog on the right. We rented bikes, had a low country boil and did a sunset sail. We all had a fabulous time in beautiful Hilton Head Island. Loved Sea Pines! Thank you for sharing your beautiful, comfortable villa with us. Oh and GO CATS!

Home away from home
We were very pleased with this villa in Hilton Head. The location was very convenient to the beach, pool and Salty Dog. We really liked the layout of the villa and it provided plenty of room for the 6 of us. One of the best features were the amenities. This villa had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen as well as chairs, beach towels, beach cart and sand toys for the beach . Definitely would go there again.

Amazing Property!
We have stayed in Sea Pines many times over the course of 20+ years and can say that this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. First, the check in process was super easy, even after hours, because the host provided excellent communication from the time we booked until the day we arrived. Next, the location was excellent. While we were tucked away with a great view of the lagoon and all of the wildlife, it was also a short walk to South Beach Marina, the pool (passes included!), and Tower Beach. Then, of course, was the property itself. It was immaculately maintained and included many amenities (beach chairs, towels, cart, etc.) that make it so that guests need to simply show up with some some clothes and a swimsuit. This was one of those rare properties where the pictures (as good as they are) are unable to show how great this place really is. The villa was much larger than we expected...very comfortable beds all with attached bathrooms. All in all a very relaxing and amazing experience. We felt lucky to stay there. We hope you get the opportunity to stay here, too!

It's a nice, comfortable place. Very clean, useful amenities and plenty of TVs. Also plenty of air conditioning and hot water. It was quiet, and the place abuts on a pond, so it made for peaceful mornings. Walking distance to beach, walking/biking paths and the Salty Dog. Property manager was helpful with some questions we had - very responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect- a short walk to Salty Dog and the beach. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far one of the best stocked in basic home supplies. We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend this home!

Fabulous Friends Celebration
My friend and I brought my neighbor who is starting med school in one month for a celebration week. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Great location in South Beach. Villa is incredibly clean and well appointed, very bright and having 3 en suites was perfect for us. Even has everything you need for a day at the beach - umbrellas, chairs, sand castle making materials plus a cart to easily take it all with you. BEST VRBO property I’ve stayed in. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely villa.
