This was a family trip. Here are my pro’s & con’s: Pro’s: -The free breakfast was great! Great options like eggs, biscuits and pancake machine. -Location was great and a quiet area -Staff was friendly -Pet friendly with a cost though -Free parking -Room was spacious and had a little kitchen Con’s -The sofa bed is not comfortable. Very thin mattress. I would avoid. -The fee for a pet to stay at least 3 days is $130 additional charge. This was not listed on the booking app. -Don’t book or move your room if near the ice machine. You will hear it a lot through the door and walls; at all times of the day/nights. -The patio light on the first floor would not turn off at night. I think the hotel keeps it on so people can walk their dogs out back and see. So light will come into your room a bit. Even with black out shades.

Awesome Inn and Suites
Beautiful property and rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have barn doors for the bathroom door and kitchens with dishwashers and garage disposal. Also they serve breakfast in the morning with no additional charge. It is a hot breakfast with eggs,sausage, biscuits, gravy, French toast and pancakes. They also have bagels,toast, oatmeal,cerealand yogurts. Very nice employees too which is an A+

This is my favorite place to stay now. It was perfect for us with our little dog. It had a patio door to the pet area that was most convenient. I loved everything about this place and it will be my go to in Hilton head when I do not need ocean front. Pool and hot tub was nice as well as the ceiling lights in the room. Sitting area and mini kitchen was a bonus and hot breakfast was sufficient. Wish all pet friendly hotels were this nice, clean, and convenient.
